I printed the design onto quality photo paper twice, cut out the frame from one copy and decoupaged it onto the other with foam pads.
I chose to use it as the major focus of the card, rather than just as a background.
I attached it to a black square card base and beside it added a silver floral die-cut. I used silver peel-offs for a border around the image and added tiny faux pearls here and there to finish.
I think this design is lovely enough to stand alone in its own right.
