I cut a piece of the backing paper with a decorative edge to fit an A6 card and mounted onto the white blank.

I then used the "hope" tag from cup14324_63) and mounted this with silicone glue.

To complete the card I made a bow from pink gingham ribbon, adding this to the tag and used silver glitter glue on the swirl under the wording.
