I printed the design onto quality photo paper twice, cut out the foreground from one and decoupaged it onto the other.

I layered it onto a dark pink card base and added a decoupaged fairy figure on the left of the scene.

Finally I used peel-offs to create a glittering border. This background scene could be used for fantasy cards or for soothing tranquil scenes, depending on the creator's vision.
