Printed out onto white card, trimmed around the edges and cut a piece to fit a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card and attached it using d/s tape.
Then using cup509196_10, I made up the card and attached it to the backing paper using foam pads and tied a matching ribbon bow and placed it on the top left corner to finish.
