This is a very " cheerful" design!

I printed it twice at half size.I mounted one print on to a card blank.I took a strip of the 2nd print and put it through a paper folding machine so as to make a cupcake case.I mounted a small doily a card cupcake top and then the wrapper.I added card candi as cherries.I finished by adding a sentiment as a rosette.
