Blue Bubbles Background PaperCompleted by Corrine Penhale

I printed out the image of the elephant (purchased from CUP)onto photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged it. I then used a blue card blank and used a circle cutter to cut a 10cm diameter circle in the middle of it.

I used the bubble paper to line the inside of the card and the front of the card. I used acetate over the circle in the front of the card and stamped bubbles onto it and then glittered.

I finished the card by adding a blue ribbon down the spine and sentiments.
