Taking the time to make a lovely insert really finishes off a card and this backing paper makes a stunning insert!

I resized it on my graphics programme to avoid having to cut any of the gorgeous border, then printed it onto super smooth white decoupage paper.

The blues on this paper are just so lovely! I used a lightweight textured silver cardstock to provide a backdrop for the insert and mounted them using double sided tape.

The sparkly blue organza ribbon wraps the card vertically and ties on the front. A punched snowflake with centre gem is mounted on left side of insert.

On the right side I added three Christmas trees which I had punched from silver mirri board and a chipboard 'Believe' tied with ribbon at the ends.

I placed the word chip centrally to leave room for the receipient's name and the giver's signature. This insert is both lovely and quietly stunning. Finished off a sophisticard card with ease.
