Snow Robins Backgrounds - Regency Stripe

This background is included in my Snow Robins Toppers n Tole Card Kit, and is the ideal base for a greetings card. It can of course also be used without this kit but for your own card designs, as well as scrapbook pages and junk journals.

I am making this available separately as it will go with so many Christmas projects. If you alrerady own this kit you do not need to buy this file.
