First I used both dark blue and white backing paper as layers to set behind the main image. I then added the main image and then added Santa, street lamp and bench and cardinal clip art. Lastly a added a Christmas sentiment and a thin gold frame overlay to highlight the white background paper.

The main image is beautiful and can be used on its own or with clip art.
