I inserted the design into a Word document and then I resized it to fit a 5 x 7 card.

I added a greeting from a Designer Resource from Bella Caribena called Nativity, Cup1086264_95298. You could just print the design and add your own text greeting later if you prefer.

I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. You could resize the design to your own requirements before printing. I attached the design to a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card using double side tape. I added glitter to the snow to compete this gorgeous card for Christmas.
