I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I attached each topper to a 5 x 7 card. I added some Tattered Lace die cuts of children looking through the windows. I then added glitter to the snow to complete these gorgeous cards.

This background I printed out on to gloss photo paper and used it to make a card for a friend using her photo which I built up using 3d pads and finished of with an assortment of stickers
