This Classic “On the First day Of Christmas”digital image by Lizzie May has made a beautiful card front, using a silver zig zag printed, 24x16cm main card and an apple green white dot, 14.5x 11cm backing paper with an earth brown, 13.5x 10cm backing paper.
To embellish the card front I have used a second image to carefully cut out the partridge and attach it using padded D.S. tape and added glitter glue to the feathers and the pears.
I have then used silver glitter peel off strips around the edges of the backing sheets and the main image.
I have also added the silver sentiment and some tiny stars.
I have used a verse to attach to the inside as part of the insert with a smaller version of the digital image.
I am so pleased with the result and intend to have a small supply of these to attach to some hand-made ornaments to have under the tree.
