Celtic Background BlueCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

I cut a 7.5" square from backing sheet 6295 & mounted both backing sheet & topper 373203_1519 onto mid blue card leaving a small border.

I attached the mounted backing sheet to a white card blank then added digital ribbons from 177159_612 using DST.

I attached the mounted toper using 2mm foam tape. I used one of the tags from 398369_359. I finished with blue acrylic flowers & a white satin flower bow.
