I printed the sheet out onto 300gsm Super Smooth white cardstock. I then cut it out, scored it, and folded it in half to make my base card. Icut out a simple topper from a sheet of foiled dog images that I had in my crafting stash and shaped it before attaching to the front using glue gel.

This is a nice base card, that could also be used as an insert, and used with any topper you like on it. I've kept it simple at the request of a family member who likes simple cards to give to people but if could be used with multi layered topper and embelishments as well.
