I added a bright pink cord bow to the left of this card and edged the oval frame with gold wavy line peel off. I then added the teen image to the frame and placed some small pink peel off stars to the frame too.
I added another 2 toppers to the top and bottom right using foam pads and finished with a bright pink star and sentiment peel off.
