I printed the sheet onto Super Smooth white card, trimmed it, and used a ball tool and ruler to score before folding in half to make the card. I took a three layered cupcake topper from my crafting stash and shaped each layer before sticking in place with some glue gel. I finished off the card with some peeloffs at each corner.

It's always handy to have some simple card bases that can just be quickly printed off and a simple topper stuck on.
