Filigree Butterflies Paper

I have used 2 other purchases as accompanied images along with the beautifully designed backing sheet to complete the greeting card I have made with the sheet provided.

I have printed the sheet on both sides to make the background for the card and then twice on separate light white card to be able to make the matching envelope.

I used an A4 white matte card to make 2 prints on the one sheet and on both sides, then score and folded it down the centre of the white central margin.

I trimmed this sheet down to remove the outer white edges and to then measure 24 x 12cm.

I made the decoupage for the topper from, cup965525_74027, a design by Deloris Thiede and attached it to a spotty blue backing sheet.

I defined all edges of the butterfly backing sheet and all elements of the topper using a blue metallic pen.

I attached the calendar section only, from the design, cup1004642_4063, Landscape Flowers and Butterfly, a design by Scouse Mouse onto the inside right hand side of the insert page and a small image of the main element on the left hand side of the insert page.

I threaded the ribbon through 2 holes punched 11cm apart into the front only section of the white central margin.

I made the envelope using 2 sheets of A4 white heavy duty copy paper and cut and pasted to make a square 9” x 9” to fold and fit the 6“x 5” needed for the envelope, matching the butterflies so that it looks like one sheet, which was really easy as there are no white margins on the sheet provided to contend with.
