With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out the two elements, i placed the backing paper onto the front of my card, then i placed the topper onto my card by using 2mm sticky pads and finished my card by placing to you in black peel offs, under the happy birthday, this is a terrific design for any youngster, was very quick and easy to make up and is very effective when done.
