40 bp blueCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I first reduced the back ground to fit a 6x8 card and printed twice. I then used one for an insert panel using my paint digital programme adding a white oval and birthday greeting, the other insert I added a heart blank to fill later by hand.

I now have two lovely insert panels to use for a 40th birthday!!
