I printed the design onto quality photo paper and matted it onto a white card base in the top left corner.

I used the mermaid from cup89548_572, cutting out around her outline and then mounting her on foam pads partially over the design, as shown.

I added glitter highlighted 'waves' here and there and some faux gems as well. To complete the card I made my own sentiment panel and used silver peel-offs to form a border around it all.

This refreshing looking background would be able to be used in a number of different ways, with the only limit being your own imagination.
