Time to Retire Backing PaperCompleted by Angela Styles

I cut out a panel of this design and mounted it on to a DL card blank.I cut out one of the clock images and mounted it with foam pads.I added Retirement sentiments and stars.I finished by adding a co-ordinating ribbon.
