I printed this out 2 to the page and cut out one piece. I attached this to the front of an A5 card using d/s tape. Then using cup 124834_168 I attached the blue topper using foam pads. I then added silver peeloff sentiment and corners.
I used insert Page 3a of cup225988_703 to complete the card.
