I printed the design onto 160gsm paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I added one of the tags from design 12 Cats Crescent Happy Birthday Tags, cUp 162590_880 to the card using a gold brad from my craft box.
