Printed out 2 to the page onto white card and cut out one piece. Trimmed it to just fit 7x 5 inch card leaving a narrow border.

I cut a piece of pale green ribbon and attached it to the backing paper across the middle using d/s tape and then attached this to the main card using d/s tape.

Using a topper from a CD, I attached the topper to the doily using foam pads and than attached this to the ribbon also using foam pads.

I stamped a sentiment and attached this with foam pads and then placed 3 pink ribbon rosebuds to the bottom right corner using silicone glue.
