Pale Blue Snow Effect Backing SheetCompleted by Katie Silver

I covered a 16cm.sq. card with the paper and made up a small version of cup 398799_1209 Bubbles in the bath which I matted on white before adding it to the card.

I completed the card with a border which I had made with a border punch.
