This backing sheet is by Karen Wyeth I have at least 3 of these in different colours .

I print this backing sheet and the design used here as the topper to this card . I laminated both design sheets.

I cut out the BS. out and added DST. to the back and fixed it to the card. I then made the topper to go on this card. I added Foam tape to fix the elements to the base of the topper and DST. to fix topper to the card.
