I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I attached the background design to an A4 card, scored and folded, with double sided tape. I took the topper, cUp 76103_376, and attached this to the vellum design cUp 76094_376.
I used double sided tape to do this. I added this to the background paper with thin foam tape.
