Printed out 2 to the page and cut out one piece. I punched decorative corners to the card and the backing sheet. I attached the backing sheet to the main card using d/s tape.

Using one of the toppers from Cup263065_8 I placed this to the left using foam pads and then added a blank sentiment tab to the bottom right.

I added a gold peeloff sentiment to the tab to finish. This design of backing sheet comes in various colours.
