Dark Blue Paper

Matted a crinkly edged piece of the paper onto a 5x7 card, added the front page of the joke card onto it and then added the decoupage using sticky pads.

Cut an insert sized piece of the paper, folded it , coloured side out, and added the second page of the joke to it.

Fixed it inside the card. Should have taken a picture of both pieces before I fixed them together but forgot. Hope you get the gist of the idea.
