A really useful patriotic design , just right for the Jubileee etc!I printed this at half size .I mounted a panel of this .I then mounted 2 rosettes from the set Blue Flair with Red Alpha, on top of each other inserting coloured ribbon, with foam pads.I added a recycled bunting strip and card candi to complete.
