Used a 5x7 card. Cut turquiose card to fit as backing, then added the top sheet using using silicone glue. Across the middle of card placed cream peel-off ribbon then attached the topper after backing with the contrasting card, with 1mm foam pads.

A Tonic punch was used for the top edge and the remainder at the bottom. Little white pearls were used at the bottom and contrasting larger ones on the topper.
