Blue Textured Effect Backing SheetCompleted by Katie Silver

I covered a 14.5cm.sq. card with the paper and made up a topper from cup444367_37 Wildlife Duodecoupage Bumper Kit adding ot to the card.

I finished off with gold corners and bendy peel off borders and a matching greeting.
