trimmed to the size that would fit my punched edge card blank. added the guitars and musical note from cup770555_936 which I decoupaged with foam pads, added my music sentiment for my nephew, some confetti musical note and tied ruffled ribbon round the spine with a musical note and guitar charms dangling down.
