I COPIED THIS BACKGROUND ONTO COPY PAPER. I MADE A BLANK CARD AND THEN I CUT THIS DESIGN TO FIT THAT CARD. I GLUED THE BACKGROUND TO THE BLANK CARD. THEN I BORDERED THE SIDES WITH GOLD METALLIC PAPER
