Rainbow Jewels 3Completed by Angela Styles

I cut out a section from the background and mounted this on to a tall DL crd .I punched out 3 squares to make a panel and this I fixed over a piece of lilac card.I then placed the punched out squares as diamonds over the exposed card.I added ric rac ribbon,flower gems and a sentiment.
