Woven Ribbon Card 2 - Beach Wedding
This is the most beautiful card when made and it is very easy to do. You will need one or two lengths of ribbon to complete the card. Full instructions are on the sheet.
You have a card front, shells to decoupage and a border.
Cut out all the pieces. Carefully cut out the white semi circles. Thread your ribbon through the holes and secure on the back using glue dots, tacky glue or tape. Once dry stick your border behind the apertures so that the pattern shows through the holes (if required - this is not compulsory). Stick your card front onto an A5 card. Decoupage the shells and stick a ribbon bow at the top of your woven ribbon to finish off.

I printed out onto 220 gsm smooth white card and cut out the pieces. With a craft knife I cut out the white semi circles.
I took 2 different ribbons and stuck the top of each ribbon on the back of the card above the top semi circle holes using DST.
I threaded the ribbons down through the holes and stuck the bottom of the ribbons on the back of the card - same as the top.
I stuck the border on the back of the card, over the holes, with the design showing through to the front of the card.
I printed out backing sheet cup298183_66 onto 220gsm smooth white card and folded it in half to make the main card body.
I stuck my card front onto this with DST. I decoupaged the shells using foam pads and atached them to the card front. I made a ribbon bow and stuck it onto the card at the top of the woven ribbons using tacky glue.
To finish off I printed out the insert cup298187_66 onto paper, trimmed the edges, folded in half and stuck it inside the card using DST.
