I printed the sheet ontogood quality card and cut out the apperture oval I then used another CUP sheet "Annie" cup18205_116 for the silhouettes.
I decoupaged them with sticky pads and glued the silhouette to the inside of the oval apperture.
I also used the "Happy birthday" plaque which I stuck above the silhouette on thew inside of the card.
