Love Bear Aperture Dangler Card or TopperCompleted by Debbie Knechtel

I cut out all elements on the sheet. I choose to make the teddy in to a dangle so glued front to back and added build up pieces with foam tape.

I used fishing line to dangle and hide the glue dot with some paper flowers.

I finishe layerin the rest of the card with foam tape
