Shepherds Aperture Quick Card
A5 aperture card front, insert plate and decoupage layers using a vintage painting of a Christmas scene on the hills, with shepherds and their sheep looking towards the star to guide them.
Makes an expensive-looking card when made up.

Printed on glossy photo paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a lovely design.
I reduced the size to fit a 5"x7" card, allowing for a border, then attached some dark blue textured paper to a card.
I cut the oval out of the base image, then glued it to the card with wet glue.
When it was dry, I cut the oval out of the other layers of the card front, then glued the patterned oval to the inside right page under the opening.
Added the decoupage and a sentiment from another CUP card with silicone gel and finished with gold peel-off stars and gold hologram borders.
