After printing the sheet, cutting out the elements and mounting the scallop pieces with foam tape - I adhered the base topper onto a matching blue/ grey cardstock to create the card base.

Normally with any card base I create I trim the back piece to match the front but in this instance I decided to leave it there and add a silver peel-off border down the side.

I then added a ready-made black butterfly to the top RH corner, 21 in a silver peel-off down the side with a number of Stampin'Up matching Candy dots above and below it and lastly the "21st Birthday"silver peel-off.

I'm sure the receipient will love it.
