After printing off the page on light weight card I put the waterfall together and using brass brads I attached it to a cream glossy DL size card.

I went around the outside of the card with a gold inkpad.

I cut out a beer mug and money from the same sheet, sprayed them with a varnish, and glued them to the bottom corners of the card.

Added the word pull in gold at the bottom of the waterfall tab and Happy Birthday in copper lettering at the top of the card.
