Printed onto a good quality of paper and cut out the parts. Layered with 3D sticky pads. Finish with black gems. A beautiful design and easy to make.

I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements.
I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements, assembled the card using spongy tape, mounted it onto blue mat with a red stripe to pick up the colours in the logo and added a gold peel-off greeting as well as a little gold peel-off edging.
