I made a matching base card with the sentiment then printed both on matte card. Added all layers with foam squares before finishing with glitter to the glass and right hand corner and also to the bottles.
I printed the design on good quality photo paper, cut all the parts, rounded edges and assembled with sticky pads.
I have used a white 5X5 card which I have inked the edges with black ink
design was printed onto glossy photo paper. Background paper and base of sesign attached to the card with dst. Decoupage layers put on with foam pads then finished off the look with a few sparkling embelishments around the glass.
