Wish I Was Him Topper with Decoupage and BackgroundCompleted by Jane Seddon
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Other
I created an easel-style card with the backing paper on the top part. The decoupage topper (matted on turquoise card) has been added to stand up when placed in the easel position.
The lower part of the card has a piece of turquoise ribbon round it and a greeting added to it with a sticky pad.
