I printed sheet onto Photo paper. I cut out the Topper. Using DST I attached the front to a Silver card. I used some Bling in middle of flowers, Top Hats and used Shiny Stickles on Bows and other parts of card.

I used Silver edging around the edge of card. A delightful card to make.
