Made for a lovely lady who said this design reminded her of her old house for her husbands birthday. Printed onto matt heavy weight (250gsm) card. I added the main topper to an embossed patterned card blank off centre with double sided tape.

Added the decoupage elements with silicon glue and then added some leaf ribbon and satin ribbon flowers to the left and bottom borders with wet pva glue.

A die cut " Happy Birthday " sentiment from my own stash added with Pva glue.
