Printed onto gloss photo paper. The topper was attached to a Pink, Embossed Matte. DST was used to attach the Topper to a White Scalloped Edge Card. Foam Pads were used to attach the Decoupage. I stuck the Happy Birthday, and Enjoy Your Day sentiments to the Top Corners.
