I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out all the pieces - being careful to put their numbers behind each of the fan pieces.
I flat stuck the base design to my card then added the fan pieces in order.
I raised the outer edge on 2mm foam squares and glued the clock edge flat. I added mini rhinestones to the centre of the design on the end of each fan piece. I finished the card by using an ink pad to roughly colour the card edges, added a rub-on saying and crystals in the corners.
Printed on matt paper but it's still difficult to get a photo that does it justice. This is mounted on pearlescent card using sticky pads and I have added feathers and cogs as embellishments.
