Sapphire Skys & Waters Hot Air Balloon Flight + Decoupage

This is a gorgeous design - quick and easy to cut out and make up. I printed the design on matte photo paper then cut out the pieces.

I used all the layers with the same depth foam pieces between each one. I love the way that this gives you so much dimension. If you don't enjoy cutting lots of pieces, this can also be achieved by using different heights of foam behind fewer pieces. I thought that I would try something slightly different by sticking the design to my base card at an angle.

This would be a lovely card for someone going on holiday, retiring, following their dreams or anything else you consider.
