Royal Blue Birthday Elegance Birthday A4 Portrait Card TopperCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

I made as a 7x5 card and printed on matte card twice. From the second print I used the two big roses, butterflies and the bow as a decoupage layer using foam squares.

I added some highlights with glitter paint then printed an insert with a verse from CUP and envelope to match on 100gsm paper to complete.
